Matt brings extensive experience working across both commercial and residential properties. He combines strong practical judgement with a professional, detail-focused approach, helping ensure each project is carefully coordinated from planning through delivery.
Lee is Matt’s second-in-command and a highly versatile member of the team. A carpentry specialist, he also brings practical experience across groundworks, drainage and a range of other construction tasks, allowing him to support projects wherever his skills are needed.
James specialises in CAD and automation, bringing extensive experience to the design and delivery process. He uses these skills to improve accuracy, streamline workflows and help the team deliver projects more consistently.
Across MCS, practical groundwork expertise and experienced operators are supported by a capable range of plant, transport and workshop facilities. The team matches skills and equipment to the scope of each project, its site access and delivery requirements.
